Very clean gym and lots of machines. I do wish there was 1 extra lap lane in the pool because not many people are water walking in the deep end anyway & there seems to be a lot of demand for the swim lanes. Other than that, I love the variety of classes & things to do at the Y!

The Silversneakers/Forever Well classes are well designed to support the very large population of older adults who care about their fitness. As an older patron of the Y, I enjoy the Low Impact and Combo classes offered. Carolyn and Susan are especially skilled instructors. Laurie sometimes designs routines which are rather confusing and hard to follow.
I am especially happy about the yoga instructor Cynthia Boseman-Harris whose Tuesday morning class is the best I have ever attended anywhere, for any age group. It is for a general audience, but Ms Boseman-Harris is extremely careful to ensure participant safety and the pace of her class is much better than that of any of the other yoga classes I have attended at the Y. The other classes seem to stress rapid, multiple poses instead of concentrating on doing fewer poses correctly.

water aerobics, specifically deep water, are wonderful! it gives me the opportunity to get my heart rate up without pounding! and I love the water, so it's easy to get myself to the pool. The one thing I would request is that you consider adding more deep water classes.
I like to use the pool and hot tub.
So far we have mostly used the pool. Will start using gym more after the first of the year.
Husband says pool is too cold for him.
I took find it a bit too cool.
How about bringing back the morning coffee pot.?

Pickle Ball times
I just started a class for seniors and loved it. Hoping to try more of the senior classes.
The instructors are sensitive to the needs and emotions of the senior citizens in classes I attend.
Rosie Zepeda Rios is a great instructor and great representative of this YMCA. Her class is a must for all the participants. Her classes are always very well attended. Kudos to her.
