I love Barbie teaching the Bodypump classes.
The YMCA needs to add more of Bodypump classes with Barbie Stricklin teaching. People go to her classes because it’s a community and they love her teaching the class. At times it’s too crowded.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful always there for you. The place is always clean.
Nice people work there. I do get frustrated that there is only one seated elliptical machine which the only machine recommended by my physical therapist because of my knee problems. I have to fight for a spot on it while many expensive treadmills set vacant. If you value the silver sneakers crowd that would be a good investment.

I love the classes (HIIT, BOOT CAMP, mat Pilates, body pump) Dayanna and Kim W. are amazing instructors. I love who unique and fun they are but also how they challenge you but encourage you to listen to your body. Super helpful.

I go to your senior classes in the back of the main building. Your instructor Cynthia is excellent and her program is very worthwhile. Thank you. Her classes are on Tuesday and Thursday, I go to Laurie's ten o'clock low impact arobics on Wednesday. She also is an excellent instructor.

Easy to find schedules
Everything is kept in good working condition. All the equipment is nice and great quality. Employees are nice and respectful. Great for the family!
