I love the classes (HIIT, BOOT CAMP, mat Pilates, body pump) Dayanna and Kim W. are amazing instructors. I love who unique and fun they are but also how they challenge you but encourage you to listen to your body. Super helpful.

I go to your senior classes in the back of the main building. Your instructor Cynthia is excellent and her program is very worthwhile. Thank you. Her classes are on Tuesday and Thursday, I go to Laurie's ten o'clock low impact arobics on Wednesday. She also is an excellent instructor.

Workout and cardio facilities are superb. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Easy to find schedules
Everything is kept in good working condition. All the equipment is nice and great quality. Employees are nice and respectful. Great for the family!
I like the many and varied exercise classes offered, available lots of times during the week (including virtual classes!)

I like the times offered, but I wished there was an additional Stretch and Restore class, possibly at 10am
Kim’s class @11 on Mondays is so packed, you can’t attend it. Her class before this stays for the stretch and restore class. Unfair for the other members.

I love the Y!! I wish you had a sauna but I'm so glad we join up again.
Enjoy the indoor walking track and how neat and organized everything is. The staff is very friendly!
