I only swim at the facility and find is pleasurable. Everyone on staff and guest are friendly and welcoming.
Pool is well run and usually clean. They test regularly. Variety of exercise classes and equipment. Great enthusiastic teachers. Facility is kept clean.
My children love going to child watch. They are able to do artistic activities, play outside and make new friends. I enjoy the open gym and different areas available.
You seem to have something for everyone at every level of fitness

Lots of program
Everything!!! I just do pickleball, basketball and weights/machines and my wife weights/machines and pickleball.
But we have 2 year old plus identical twins and the child care the Y offers makes it all possible.

The instructors are upbeat, helpful, fun and encouraging. I also like the camaraderie they encourage among such a wonderful, diverse group of people, all of whom are united by a quest to keep moving and vital in their senior years.
I like the variety of classes all throughout the day and the diversity among teachers and participants.
Conveniently located. Plenty of options for me to choose from. Wish you still had the sauna and hot tub in the ladies locker room instead of co-ed out by the pool.
They are geared for all skill levels. The coaches and referees all seem to be focused on learning and development and sportsmanship. The communication from leadership ( e mail, schedules, my space, are excellent
They are all good for health, allowing you to do your best at your level.

I was feeling sick after a workout recently and the staff at the cypresswood location were extremely helpful in the situation and helped me feel better.

I absolutely love everything here! having a family with teens and small children, I love that there is always something for all of them to enjoy. Personally I enjoy and recommend, cicling, yoga, Zumba and all the classes offered.
Childcare is amazing. Hands on activities and the teachers are so good with the kids and very attentive. My son is loving chess club as well. The classes are great and the facility feels very clean.
