This was my first time going to a class. I like that
You have a sauna, I wish you had a cold plunge. The facility has a lot to offer.
The staff is very friendly. Always willing to help. I also find the members to be very considerate or one another. The facility for it's size very clean. I am a fan of the Cafe. George works hard to provide healthy food. He is generous with his servings.
I have not done any classes or other activities in a long time. I mainly do weight machines, stair master, bike & elliptical.
If I had a suggestion I would find it fun to have a line dance class

Excellent clean gym facility plenty workout equipment if something is down/ broken it will be fixed quickly!!!

I try to go to the M,W, and F Silver Sneakers workouts. I like the instructors and actual
exercises performed.
The open comfortable environment that allows you to flow from one activity to another seems very natural.
Group fitness
I love Mark the masters swim coach. He is a wonderful addition to the Y. I also love the variety of classes. I love that it is all included in my membership and isn’t an additional fee.

Weight room, machines and cardio. However, some members monopolize two or three machines at once going back and forth from one to another holding the machine not in use by leaving their water bottles and phones on the seat of “their” other machine or bench. There is also the issue of some members sitting on machines texting or speaking into their phones for extended periods between sets

The facility is expansive and laid out beautifully. It’s clean, and nice to see fully functioning equipment—not my experience with some of the chain competitors. The staff is super helpful and professional, which is definitely appreciated. I recommend this YMCA location as often has I can.
I very much enjoy your gym and use it whenever I am in town. You are located close to me and always having available parking.
The instructors for the chair classes are well prepared and give their ALL for each class that they are asked to lead!!!!!
I like the variety of exercise equipment and the incentive to introduce new products. I like the helpfulness of the staff in explaining the equipment and all other inquiries.
