Nice treadmills, cardio machines and bikes. Some of the weight machines showing their age but not bad. Men's locker room chairs opposite TV need to be changed or recovered with a plastic or non sweat material

Wide availability of exercise options. I liked lapse swimming for exercise Monday, Wednesday Friday. The staff is professional, courteous and happy to assist members.

Friendly staff. Something for everyone, though I wish there were more activities/classes for seniors than current offers. Classes are exceedingly full to the point where there are not enough chairs or equipment for all
Programs are challenging but adaptable for different abilities. There is a good selection of programs to provide for a well rounded work out experience for any given week.

Great instructors, and fun classes
Body Jam & pickleball
1) The large variety of classes offered and excellent quality of (most) instructors.

Mid-year I set a goal to swim 1 million yards. I mentioned it to lifeguarding staff, who became my staunch cheerleading squad. My goal is in sight, but what I am more proud of is that I showed up, day after day week after week and month after month. The guards are professional, yet friendly, knowing so many of us by name, and by habits and preferences.
I credit the front desk staff and the guards for encouraging me to achieve my goal and I thank them.
