All of the Yoga instructors have been great, the facilities are clean, staff helpful and friendly... My only complaint is that prohibiting Snorkels in the deep end of the pool is asinine!! Has no safety value WHATSOEVER!
The variety
Love all instructors. They all are very good and caring.
I love the classes, especially Gentle Yoga, and I adore the Recovery Room!

You don't have to schedule for most classes. You can just show up. The instructors are fantastic. The stretch classes are amazing. And, the Body Pump classes are an excellent workout for resistance training.

Lots to choose from
Programs and activities are diverse and plentiful and there seems to be something for everyone.
They are the best ones I've ever had: Zumba with Kathleen, Shapes with Kathleen, Zumba with Raphael, strength training with Rachel or Shaan. I love the others too but I can't remember their names
Plenty of activities offered. I like the workout area and use a trainer. The facility is clean, even with the crowds of kids, adults and guests using it .
There are many programs for me to choose and it helps me to maintain healthy lifestyle
