Excellent swimming pool facilities and very flexible schedule--even on the weekends and holidays!
I haven't used the programs or activities. I joined for the gym.
We mostly use treadmills and bikes. Also some weight machines. Would like better programming on tv.- fewer cartoon channels! Would like Astro games, msnbc.,
I like the group exercise classes, especially Zumba. I regularly attend Tuesday and Thursday evening Zumba classes, as well as Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon (my favorite.) I occasionally use the workout equipment.

Good variety of classes!
I like that they are designed to be used by a large cross section of the population. The quality of the facility, instructors and lifeguards is excellent. Even the sweet woman that greets you at 6:00 AM is always warm and very welcoming.
Thank you for your service.
We are offered classes that we feel we can do as “mature adults.” The instructors are awesome!
Carol & Teri are so cheerful & helpful & we look forward to their greeting us!
Monica makes sure that the schedules work & she finds great subs which is fun to experience new things.
The men’s showers on the first level need to be fixed. They either don’t work or are too hot. I actually will go to Post Oak YMCA just for that reason sometimes.
Great but they keep the game room MPR 1 to cold
I love the chair Yoga class on Wednesday with Monique!!

LAURA Williams! and Rachel. They are STELLAR, and their classes produce results! We are all aging, and they now have some aches and know about doctors orders to back off the constant push that we have kept up for decades!
The swimming pool - Craig runs a tight ship of lifeguards, and keeping all in shape...to his abilities working for a non-profit! For us good swimmers, the water temp is mostly good - sometimes WAY too hot in the winter, 88degrees! Swimming laps for 45mins warms one up, and that water feels like a hot bath; slows us down to a walk!
The women's sauna has been GREAT for almost 3 yrs now!!!
The lovely daytime woman who takes care of the women's room should be elevated to about the best, constant employee! but nobody knows her name!!! She always has a smile and very attentive if I show her something that needs attention. I don't speak Spanish, darn it.
Do I now talk about Shannon's Garden? or answer this forthcoming
More activities for seniors
The multiplicity of workout options.
I would hope some day you could add traveling rings to the portfolio. It’s my favorite workout experience and I suspect would be much enjoyed by others.
Thank you for soliciting our feedback and opinions.
Swimming
variety
I just use the weight room/ Cardio. I like the amount of bench and squat racks. If you could it would be good to have another dip attachment, another rower and get an air bike or two.
I love the hot tub and steam room!
