The gym is very clean and well put together...there should be a bigger auxiliary station because the current one gets very crowded when it's busy.

There are some instructors that I enjoy taking a class with and the involvement that they bring to the community outside the Y.

I really love the classes and the fact they have a child watch option. At home, my 3 year old makes it hard to get a full workout. At the Y, I can get some me time to improve myself, while she is in safe and capable hands (up to 2 hours). Can't beat that!!!

I love the BOOM classes. I haven't tried all of them yet, but BOOM Mind is the prefect yoga class for someone who is out of shape but can still manage to get up and down off the floor :). BOOM Move is fun and just the right amount of cardio challenge. Also, there is nothing like Tai Chi to improve and maintain good balance, which is critical to those of us of a certain age. Any day that I can manage my schedule to get into the Y, there is something wonderful I can do. What more could you ask?
