What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the amenities at this location, such as the indoor track. Have yet to try the exercise classes. My experience with the trainer was great. I got a full workout plan over the three day plan that I purchased.

Personally it is the best Ymca around I really like it. It has everything that you need machines, pool, groups everything I love it

From my perspective, I see there are many choices for people of all ages. From the very young to the very elderly. It's always a good thing to have choices in life, especially when it comes to our well-being. A special thanks to YMCA and your wonderful staff.

I really enjoy the different floors for different functions and activities. The little cafe/smoothie area is super awesome and well priced. And there are lots of different exercise classes that I am itching to try!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The variety of classes and the camaraderie between instructors and class takers (no matter their fitness level) are really amazing. I go to TRX and BodyPump classes, and I’m currently in adult swim classes to work on my form and breathing. The deck manager and swim instructors are fantastic.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love how the classes are setup and how many there are. This is one of my favorite gyms I've ever been to! The facilities are also very nice and clean.
