I like the facilities
The YMCA Tellepsen is perfect for my work out routine. I run, weightlift, stretch in the women's area, and occasionally will attend a yoga session. The amenities are great from the several accessible showers, spa, pool, lockers, and cafe. My monthly membership is totally worth it! I even got one of my friends to come with me and we go almost daily.
Love the facility. Variety of activities and love the private women’s workout area.
I come mostly on the weekends. Parking is easy in the open lots around the facility, the yoga and body flow classes are great (Dana and John, especially).

I enjoy the variety of programs, however I would highly recommend the Tellepsen YMCA because of the impeccable facilities. The staff are also helpful and kind.
The facility is great and really enjoy the group classes. The class instructors are helpful in providing alternative workout intensity options during the workout and are very motivating.

I enjoy the evening classes, body bump and yoga . However I wish the instructors would change up the routine
