Great group exercise classes with top-notch, friendly instructors. The instructors are always working with us to improve form toi assure that we are getting the most out of each class. They make exercise fun!
Overall, the Tellepsen Y is a great facility. Only thing I would that would make it better would be a better pool. More lanes, better ventilation, clearer water, etc. I understand that's basically impossible to renovate, so that's why I go to another Y for all my pool workouts. Everything else about this Y is awesome. Thanks!

The accessibility of the facility and the equipment, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the availability and variety of aerobic and weight machines, all make this a 5 Star Community Center. In addition, the friendly staff makes for a great experience every time I use this place.

The teach the children by raising them up. Love the atmosphere and emphasis on sportsmanship and she has so much fun with her volleyball team and coaches. We have had the best experience!

The Tellepson Family Downtown YMCA is a great success story for the health and welfare of the entire family from first grade age children to the octogenarian-plus adults.
