Cardio equipment is up to date and usually available. Weight machines are slightly dated but overall good.
Cardio room has good variety of equipment.
The class options are diverse and fun. The gym itself is incredible and one of the best in Houston.
Can you please increase free parking time in Downtown YMCA to 2.5 hours? If after training you go to swim+steam room or sauna, it is not enough time to take shower. Thanks in advance!

Love the group exercise classes. Would be nice if there were some later e.g. 7:30 classes offered like at the Weekley Y

The Tellepsen YMCA has a video variety of class excercises, in addition it has running track, swimming pools, racket ball courts, volley ball, basketball and a superb gym with state of the art equipment. One cannot find gyms with better value for money in the Downtown area.
I like that you have the classes I want at convenient times. I like that you have a variety of exercise machines and weights and that you have large windows.

I like that there's a nice spread of class types and time slots, making it easier to fit a workout in anytime. I also appreciate that new equipment is cycled through and I've seen employees going through and chatting about ways to further improve the space.

I love body pump and kickbox cardio. The teachers are great
The class schedules allow a lot of flexibility. The equipment is awesome. The people are friendly and responsive.

I mostly use the gym, and it has convenient hours, all of the equipment I would ever want to use, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The variety of group exercise is phenomenal and the times offered gives no excuses to anyone looking to participate.
