The camaraderie of the other members, the friendliness and support of the staff, and the instructors, who are all outstanding. I have gotten more benefits and practical information from, in particular, Mary Hodge in Silver Sneakers and, especially, Arielle McMahan in Yoga and Core than I have from physical therapists and doctors, which is saying a lot, because I have an exceptional physical therapist and doctor. The Y--and I--are lucky to have them.
I use the track and the weight room twice a week and love it! The staff is friendly and professional.

Unfortunately I have not joined lately any programs
and activities been very busy with my family.
However I always enjoy the facilities when I can.

I enjoy the cardio dance, yoga and I am planning to join the swimming.

The personal training program is affordable and effective. I have been very happy with Art Sherry. The facility itself is clean and inviting.
I only use your swimming pool, which is a good resource for exercise without hurting other parts of one's body through rough floor landings.

The senior programs and activities! Leah has transformed the AOA program.
Also, thrilled with new Line Dancing in the programs for group exercises.
These programs are excellent for physical and mental health. Enthusiastic teachers, great group of participants, and very positive reflection of 'community'.
