Yoga , body pump, cycling, step, should also add tabatta. Love the downtown location, the Texans facility is closer to me but the group exercise schedule are very slim and the showers are trash very poorly maintained.

I love this gym and most of the classes/staff. But my concerns were not taken seriously when an instructor was rude to me.
I like the deep water combo classes and the excellent instructors - especially Mona.

I've only used the weight machines, which are very nice. Building muscle quickly and safely. Sleeping much better. The sauna has done more for my skin than any product I've tried. Staff is generous with support.
Great Instructors and variety of classes for young and old. The community engagement programs are very helpful for people who need assistance.

All of the strengthening machines are well maintained and plentiful so that I have rarely had to wait to use one.

I love walking into the YMCA in the morning and the staff at the front desk MrJohn says good morning Dorothy that just makes my day and make me feel so special because he takes the time out to learn everyone name.

I like the diversity of clasess . I especially enjoy the pool and Zumba classes.
