Price and convenience

Classes and activities geared to the abilities of different age groups. For older members like me this includes a book group held after one of our classes so participants can come right after class if they wish. Socialization at the Y is HUGE for a large number of us, who stay connected by text and many shared interests as well as the daily classes. I’m a strong—and vocal—supporter of the Y and it’s many, many outreaches.
I got a work out with a Zumba class.
They are family oriented
There's plenty to do and many exercise equipments to use
Handball courts
The Lap Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Womans workout Room
Very friendly staff, excellent facilities.
Please bring back the towels and open at 10am on Sunday
