I really like the facility and the staff is friendly. I just really wish they opened at 4am instead of 5am. I have to be at work early and that extra time would allow me to work out in the morning.
I only use pickleball and racketball courts so far, but I like the set up. The courts are usually available.
There are a wide variety of exercise classes and activities. The class instructors are great.
I especially liked the Women’s Center on second floor but you are closing it and turning the room into a place for trainers.
I do not like the Metropolis Parking now we must scan the barcode and when you don’t apply discount or never see apply discount after scanning, you get charged 5.99. The $5 for parking and a $.99 Service Charge! And there is no disputing it because I tried and it turned out to be an endless do loop of you didn’t do this or that.
Love the parking and Equipment, not too packed which I love and there’s a ton to do!
The classes are great
I like to keep up with my resistance training, and I appreciate that the resistance equipment at the Tellepsen Y is well-maintained. If one of the machines is out of order, it's usually back online in just a few days.
I like the variety of programs but I wish there were 6 or 6:30am in person classes instead of 5:30 and 7:30am

The gym equipment is in working condition all the time and when something goes wrong it is corrected in a timely manner.

Coach Cameron knows how to work with children really good. My daughter is 3 and needed to structure and accountability that came with learning how to swim.
The lifeguards are awesome. They're attentive and alert, always checking on everyone's safety. The pool is clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant with cheerful music. The children's swim instructors are wonderful.
The equipment in the gym is well maintained and is up to date. But what I really like are the Y downtown employees. They are so friendly and helpful.
