The Tellepsen Y has been our home away from home for the last 6 years. I hae come to love Les Mills workouts and I continue to do them regularly; I have used Child Watch for brief bits of daycare so I could get some work done; and we've really enjoyed our swim lessons there each summer. The Y is such a great and important community resource. You all are the best!

Swimming pool and all the wonderful staff at the Y
Weightlifting center is good. Kept clean and equipment is in good condition. Deadlift mats can be bumpy and cause bars to be uneven. Hours of operation is the biggest downside. Closing early on Friday and weekends is quite inconvenient. Staying open later on the weeknights would be great too. I often don’t get off work until 7:30p, and the YMCA closes before I can get an after-work lift in.
Working with weights and a trainer have been very beneficial to my health. My balance and strength have improved significantly over the past 8 months.

That’s why I’m saying is super nice! Everyone like all of the employees are nice. The equipment is good. I just wish that sometimes the floor wasn’t wet because sometimes the floor is wet, which is not good and then the elevators down sometimes but other than that, I really really like this gym. I think it’s really really beautiful and yeah.

The indoor pool is what makes this Y standout. Close parking. I love the walking track. It has a variety of other exercise programs.
I LOVE the Zumba and Bodypump classes. The classroom workout schedule is great and the facilities are always clean and tidy with friendly staff. I would love to add an extra comment about the Friday evening Zumba class that John leads; it’s my favorite and I hope to keep it as part of my weekly routine. I usually go to the Foster location but will make a special trip for my Friday evening dance needs. Such a great way to start the weekends.

I usually go to the Weekley YMCA on Stella Link. However, I came to the Tellepsen specifically for the indoor walking track. I prefer to walk outdoors but sometimes that is not possible due to the weather..
I also hope to use your sauna and whirlpool in the future. Your facility is beautiful.
