Open gym, early classes

John's Stretch Class. Relaxed my shoulder and saved me a trip to the doctor.

I like The layout of our facility, the whirlpool, steam and dry sauna and pool area. I also like having the rooms for individual workouts. Our steam room is one of the feet’s that have it. Also, having the daycare, restaurant and security make it like our own little country club with a variety of amenities. There is a new app out that I will download but I did like the previous app.

I like the group exercises. You have excellent group of Coaches giving the instruction.

I love the fact that the pool at the weekly family Y is open year round.

I participate in the Forever We’ll and Silver Sneakers class and find them to be just what I need physically and socially.

the employes are very nice and respectful. made my experience so fun and me and my son enjoyed are selves.

A variety of activities for every physical ability plus social interaction to make it a whole body experience.

I love the yoga classes at Weekley Y but I have an issue with the fact that the yoga room is located directly under the weight room. During our classes, some weightlifters let their weights crash to the ground shaking the entire building. Sound travels down and disrupts the class.

Lap swimming and exercise classes

My 8 year old granddaughter enjoyed beginner's swimming!
