What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like The layout of our facility, the whirlpool, steam and dry sauna and pool area. I also like having the rooms for individual workouts. Our steam room is one of the feet’s that have it. Also, having the daycare, restaurant and security make it like our own little country club with a variety of amenities. There is a new app out that I will download but I did like the previous app.

I participate in the Forever We’ll and Silver Sneakers class and find them to be just what I need physically and socially.
