I absolutely love the instructors you have for nightclub cardio: mainly toni, bea, Danielle, and April.--I know there's a large loyal group who attends those classes and its the main reason I am keeping my current membership.
if its possible to give them raises, more class times, or recognition please do so.

Limited space in many of the senior classes, including water, exercise, and indoor exercise.
Changing the time of our activities to meet the needs for the summer schedule. The 12-1 time is not convenient for most of us.

They are very age appropriate.
I like that the Weekley Y has a lot of group exercise classes. It keeps me motivated when I am not wanting to work out by myself in the gym.

I like ALL
I like the instructors, the class schedules, and the variety of classes offered. I haven't even explored the weight room or pool yet.

Love the welcoming staff, overall atmosphere, facilities, and the BodyPump classes (virtual and in person). It can be hard to get a lane in the pool, so I try to swim during non-peak hours.
One thing I would recommend is installing a PA system for emergencies, especially in this day and age. This morning, a concerned gym patron walked around the entire floor upstairs, asking everyone there if they drove a black Cadillac (license plate was pictured) because there was a dog unattended in a parked car, and the engine was off. I immediately hopped off the treadmill, teamed up with her, and quickly convened with YMCA staff. One of the staff had already called 911 and reported the license plate, thank goodness. By the time we walked by outside to check on the dog, the owner of the Cadillac had left. They probably didn't want to acknowledge that it was their car when asked and discreetly scurried off. This would have been a perfect use of a PA system--to page the owner of a black Cadillac SUV, which would have been way more efficient. Then you could address the issue privately with the owner (parked illegally, about to be towed, or, this case, left a dog unattended).
