You have so very many helpful products. I found that staff were more engaged in chat with other staff than expressing interest in what I hoped to find. Otherwise found staff welcoming at the door and at the checkout.

But the service from the bicycle technicians is top notch.
I bought a trainer axle, trainer tire and tube the other day to fit my Cannondale Topstone bike (which I bought from you in the spring). The axle didn't seem to thread at all and I didn't want to force it in in case I stripped the threads on the bike. Phoned you, talked to John in the bike shop, and he talked me through several tricks to help the axle thread properly. It worked!!! And he gave me the confidence to install it properly. Thanks John! I am enjoying my bike on the trainer now!
I bought the bike and an e-bike for my wife from Wildrock in the spring, and both bikes are superb. Your service is outstanding, and the shop has a great selection of clothes and gear for outdoor sports and activities.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. No egos with the team as the staff was helping each other to answer all my questions and concerns accurately. This help me make better and more informed decisions about my purchase. Leaving me with a sense of satisfaction and excitement about using the equipment I bought. They also gave me some tips to improve and areas to go play. Now we need more snow!
