In the age of online shopping, anyone can expect an order to arrive in a week or so (from the comfort of their home).
That said, it’s probably not fair to expect a store to keep stock on such a wide range of items...It’s just a thought on what has made me shop elsewhere.
The staff have great attention to detail and help you find what is best for you.
Everyone in the store seems to genuinely care whether you get the product that will meet your needs. There is no sales pressure. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive.

I love the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I’ve been shopping at Wildrock for years and many of the staff know me by name. It’s a great sense of community to visit the store. I would rather support wildrock than a big box chain because of the service and staff. I trust that if it’s on the floor, you’ve done the research and it’s there because it’s a great product. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed.
