I have always enjoyed shopping at Wild Rock. The personalized service is always excellent. Products are of high quality and there has never been an issue with returning any item (very rare) if there was a problem with it.
Alex G. recently did a Dynamic bike fit with me on my road bike. We were never rushed and he listened carefully to the issues I have been having with my shoulder pain to see if there were adjustments to the bike that might help with this. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step he was taking during the bike fit. Alex is very personable.
I am hoping the adjustments (which were minor) to my bike will help with my issues. A few rides are needed to see.
