Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff assist in finding what I need. There is a good inventory given supply chain problems during covid. Easy to return unsuitable purchases. Covid protocols are maintained and I feel safe shopping in person when regulations allow. I have previously and will continue to recommend Wild Rock.
