Was difficult finding product on the website, they didn't show up when browsing by product category or under the brands listing. Only found them by using the search engine. When they arrived it looks like there's some white hair (dog??) or carpet fuzz on the pants which, given their cost, wasn't ideal.
Overall though very happy and would definitely recommend.

From ordering online to calling and exchanging product, it was an easy seamless process. I like the knocking on the door for service. Somebody always answers and they are always friendly. Great curbside service. I happened to be downtown and thought I would just call and see what they had for energy gels and chews. They checked stock while I was on the phone so I could pick my order. They filled it on the spot and I picked it up at the backdoor less than 5 min later.

Had issue with some hiking poles, called store and spoke with Tanya and she was great to deal with, sent new poles with return label for defective ones, will shop here again.

quality, friendly staff
My new skis, bindings and poles work very well. First time with skins on the skis and with the liquid wax I'm enjoying being "stuck in Peterborough for the winter". First winter here in 14 years.
