Service is good. I would have given a 10/10, but when I arrived to pick up my bicycle After a long wait, given the current bicycle pre order process, the tubeless ready tires on my Roscoe 7 were not converted to tubeless as requested. In fairness, the conversion was requested last minute (3 days) before pickup and was added to the bill and a work order but the work was not completed by the time I picked it up.
Tory was very helpful and willing to share knowledge with me so I could make the right choice during the pre order process. My daughter loves her Precalibre 12 bicycle and her Bontrager little dipper helmet, thank you Wild Rock!

I love to shop local for our whole family. Wild rock is a staple downtown carrying all ages and stages. If something is out of stock the staff will either order another or help you find something similar. There is a wide variety of outdoor adventures to take part in. It is easy to find everything I am looking for under one roof. Each and every staff member is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what I need and helps me leave happy with exactly what I came in for. Sometimes well most times I end up finding the perfect gift as well and something not on my list for me too. The quality of the items you carry hold up and are all long lasting. It is amazing you offer a repair and tune up shop. This helps make sure my gear is ready to be enjoyed with out worry. I can’t wait to join work shops to help me become more confident with biking. I enjoy visiting your store for all things outdoors.
