I have always liked the quality of the products I have purchased over the years, from bike and bike gear, hiking and camping gear and clothing for all types of activities. Staff has always been knowledgeable about the products and very congenial and accommodating. I have not purchased anything since last fall due to the pandemic and not really needing anything during the winter. But yesterday I was very happy that the store was open for instore shopping. I had perused the website for clothing needed for an upcoming multisport trip to NFLD in August and was most happy to find the jacket needed which I was able to have set aside until I visited the store to pick it up. I had also made a list of tops I had seen on the website and that made the task easier for Brigitte to find them for me to try on. My husband found shoes while I tried on clothes. Brigitte was wonderful as was the gal who assisted my husband with shoes (don't know her name, sorry). When I have needed something specific, I have never been disappointed when shopping at Wild Rock.

I always know I can get bike advice I can count on and that takes into account my personal needs! I also saved money ordering a trainer for my bike from you even with shipping to Toronto. I miss being able to swing by the shop but am so happy to still be able to support from afar.

I've been a customer since Wild Rock opened. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Great selection of products and excellent customer service. Truly one of the very best sports stores in Ontario! Even if you're not from around here and are visiting or passing through Peterborough, a stop at Wild Rock should be at the top of your list!
