The products I purchased are of good quality and comparably priced. The service was excellent.
My salesperson,Tristan, was knowledgeable about the products, sun hat, sunglasses, and pair of Yaktrax, I was looking to purchase. Tristan took time to explain different features of the products, especially the sun hats. The cashier also handled my transaction in a polite and helpful manner.

I came in to replace a faulty computer on my TRek SL5. John was determined to find the problem and did in the sending unit in the back stay. He then took a great amount of care installing the new unit. I am impressed and delighted by his patience and excellent service.
Sad to see benchmade knives go but the wide variety of proven camping/paddling gear, good sales and great service are why I shop here. Glad to be able to visit the store again in person!
