I like that you are a small, independent, local store that carries a very good variety of outdoor products. There is nothing cold and impersonal about shopping at Wild Rock and the staff seems genuinely interested in whatever adventure it's customers are planning. Prices are competitive.
I had a bike fitting appointment with Scott. He was very professional and informative about riding. He tweaked my bike for a perfect ride. My bike feels amazing with these small changes. Highly recommend a bike fit appointment to get the best ride possible. Happy trails!!

Everyone working in the store seemed to like being in the store, they were helpful and knowledgeable, had personal experiences with the activities, and were kind. Also, you have some inventory when many stores have little to nothing to offer.
Only issues, I don’t live nearby. I get excited and want to spend too much money while I’m there.
I have shopped your store when I was in the area only once or twice before and as my previous experience was thrilled with the selection and variety of outdoor gear and equipment. i found exactly what I was looking for and a few other items as well. The staff I encountered were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I will certainly make a point to stop in again when in the area.
