The knowledge the staff has of the products, if they don't know they are honest and find some one in the store to ask. Thought product is a bit more money, it is wonderful quality. WR sources out product that, I think they would like for themselves yet keeping in mind the cost for others that are on a budget.

Wild Rock is a fully stocked complete outdoor store with a small town feel. All of the employees, those assisting me as well as those helping other customers went above and beyond to meet the customers needs.
Helpful team, really good inventory / supply, yet not crowded. Though it would be great if you were open on Sunday, since the weekend is when a lot of shopping gets done.
