Generally, a wide variety of products and different lines to choose from, and up to date with newest products/materials, in fashion and colour patterns or shades.
I have always found the clothing products (from footwear to winter apparel) to be of excellent quality that feels wonderful, breathes, keeps you warm and dry or cool and dry, and has great longevity, if cared for appropriately, thinking of leather needing water protection.

Good quality products, price matching, and relaxed atmosphere (sales staff are helpful, while still giving you space to browse. I dislike those stores where sales staff hover around you and continuously make suggestions when you haven’t asked for help)
I also really appreciate the technical knowledge and expertise of staff with respect to equipment. I always learn something helpful when I’ve asked for their advice e.g. waxing skis
