What we like is everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. Krista, my children's teacher is amazing and great with the kids!

The friendly staff. And the nice & cleanses of it. But I pay 39.00 a month & I’m need of a lower dues . I don’t know how much longer I can afford this monthly fee.

I recommend the Southwest Y all the time. It’s tucked away in our south end neighborhood and an excellent place to stay fit and healthy—especially in this stressful pandemic season.

Very clean. Lots of machines including treadmills and ellipticals. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like that masks are not required, and it has a variety of morning classes. The staff is friendly, but some of the front desk staff could be more friendly. Barbie, however, is awesome! Deanna and First name removed are also really great instructors.

The people that work for the Y are so very friendly & helpful. The instructors are very knowledgeable of the moves & modifications if you need it! The people in the classes are friendly & cheerful. It’s always clean & neat! I love coming to the Y. It’s family oriented & comfortable. They have something for everybody.
