What do you like best about the YMCA?

I enjoy the workout group classes that has friendly and encouraging people that is taught by great instructors.This YMCA is a family oriented place that my family and I enjoy together really enjoy that is helping us with staying healthy.

The instructors at the SW YMCA are so friendly and truly care about your fitness journey. They take time to ensure you understand and are getting the utmost benefit from your workout. The SW YMCA members are the friendly and helpful too. It's a family at the SW YMCA.

I love the Southwest branch because everything is there- workout machines, cycle room, yoga sessions, kickboxing classses, a pool all year, nice staff, clean. I recommend the Y to everyone looking for a gym

Everything! Luckily for me, it is within close proximity to my home and only takes a few minutes to get there. The staff is always friendly and informative; and, the instructors for the classes are the same.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Offers a lot of different choices for exercise as well as activities for all ages. Would be great if we did not have to always come up with extra money to have children to participate on sporting teams and activities.
