I like all the classes geared toward seniors and how friendly and nice everyone is there. All the staff are so accommodating and care about us.

The facility is taken care of even if it is older.
I appreciate not seeing religious text on the walls.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

It is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable there. Tom Lynch has been my coach and has shown me how the machines work and explained how they help me be stronger. He has worked well with the information my Physical Therapist has suggested for my needs. Tom is very positive and supportive.

Great instructors especially the water aerobics, yoga & silver sneakers instructors, they are very helpful & non judgemental. Everyone I have come in contact with are very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I'm really glad I'm a member & would recommend this YMCA to anyone.
