I love the exercise classes!
So far everyone has been friendly and welcoming. I have just been a member for a month now. The classes I have participated in have been good. One was beyond my ability so I just left. Too much jumping and hopping. I have had two hip replacement with one this year in April so not ready for that much jumping.

Everything. What a great place. The people , the staff and the Water Aerobics. We need more 8am water fitness classes, Mon, Wed and Fri. !!!!!!

The teachers were very friendly and appeared to have a lot of experience teaching children of many different levels. There were lots of tools to help the kids learn at different levels and they worked well to try different, fun ways to encourage those who were nervous. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the inconsistency of the amount of teachers from week to week. One week you'd almost have 1:1 attention and then others were 3:1. It was hard when the teachers had to split up 3 kids between them - they did a great job with what they were working with but it's a lot.
Staff is friendly, sometimes to a fault.Facility is generally well maintained, though showers are in need of serious mold/mildew remediation.
