This YMCA has the friendliest staff!! The place is always clean! I thoroughly enjoy the warm water pool with the arthritis and shallow water classes!! I go five days a week! There is a class for everyone and every age!! Julie and Jerry at the front are ready to greet you to start your day out right! Instructors Jill and Margaret are the best!! They have become friends! This is the place to be!!!
We love the pool. Clean. Friendly employees.
I like the pool classes, both of warm water, and the cool deep water classes. Occasionally I go upstairs and use the bicycle and there’s a two or three machines that I like and maybe the elliptical.
I hope to try yoga class very soon

I like the variety of group classes available for seniors and classes that I'm able to work out a little harder in but still work at my own level of comfort.
I also enjoy walking the track to warm up a little.
I think what I really enjoy the most is the social aspect of sharing a work out with others and seeing people I know. I guess that would be the atmosphere of the facility.
The spin classes and instructors are THE BEST! I travel around the country and I find our instructors are the most encouraging and knowledgeable. Sarah Johnson, Megan Horstman and Michelle Cavanaugh deserve a raise!

Although I mainly use the lap pool for exercise, I’m very impressed with how the entire facility is maintained with excellence. Every team member I’ve interacted with is not only professional but cares about the members they are serving. Yes! I’d highly recommend the New Albany YMCA.
