The class has been wonderful! The instructors are really great with the kids. My daughter was swimming confidently after just a few classes!

Great facility! Convenient and love the steam room and saunas after my workout! The staff is friendly and facility is clean. Highly recommend .

The classes and instructed…. Dale … spin class …. Monday & Wednesday. Whitney body pump… Tuesday & Thursday. Michel body pump on Tuesday .. @ spinn class Thursday 9:15 am….. these instructer is why I keep coming they care… I brought in 2 people they stay because there heart is. Into there classes…. Julie…. The director she out on floor… walking around asking ?…. Easy approachable … Julie cares…
