Quality of facilities
This is such a family friendly gym! Me and my kids love to run the family track together, do the rock walk, or go for a swim. They don’t love to go to the childcare without each other but when I need some alone time it is also nice to drop them off for half hour and run upstairs on the treadmill with earbuds and just my thoughts for about an hour!

The staff was very helpful in showing me the proper equipment to use and how to set it for rehabbing my knee.
The variety of classes and times. You need to reach all people and the early morning classes are essential for success. Keep on employing positive instructors. Your key to success is your employees and instructors. People have to feel valued to support you! If you had more instructors like Dale Harris your membership would soar!
