I LOVE my body pump class with Whitney.
I love personal training with Melissa.
I love having access to so many cardio options.
And I LOVE Dale and all his positive affirmations!

I enjoy the warm therapy pool. I love the sauna. The showers are great and soap is so convient. The parking lots nice and seems safe too.

I love the instructor Eric, he has gotten my child where she can safely swim in a matter of 2 lessons. He makes learning fun for her and she loves coming to lessons.
