What do you like best about the YMCA?

My favorite thing about the YMCA are the group exercise instructors. Jeana is amazing. Dale is amazing and also someone who always is smiling and says hello. I love my body pump instructor Whitney. Everyone is amazing and makes me feel connected. I love that if I miss class, I am missed. The accountability helps me achieve my fitness goals.

I love personal training with Melissa.
I love having access to so many cardio options.

I enjoy the warm therapy pool. I love the sauna. The showers are great and soap is so convient. The parking lots nice and seems safe too.
