The Floyd County YMCA has fantastic amenities (lap pool, therapy pool, sauna, steam room, rock climbing wall etc). It is generally very clean and well-maintained. There's a great since of community there.

The warm therapy pool is great for my arthritis. I just wished you could open earlier than 8 am because on Tuesday & Thursday time is limited in the warm water therapy pool because of classes. I really wish they would open between 7 and 8 so we could get more time in.
