Friendly staff, pools
I attended the barre class. Caitlin is an excellent instructor. My husband used the hot pool and really enjoyed it. Everything was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful.

Swimming pool ,weight room staff. You could probably enhance the oneway traffic arrows and signs.. Little ones seldom pay attention to where their at and Ive seen drivers taking wrong way short cuts

Why can't I make advance lap reservations as other do (not counting the military guests), it would be helpful.
Why does the lifeguard schedule not cover the pool hours when therapy pool & regular pool are open. It is not safe for the guard to oversee both pools at the same time. This happens usually at 8 AM - weekdays; and all the people in the pools at that time are "Stroke Candidates" making an enormous burden on the lifeguard on duty. If lifeguards are habitually late why are they on the payroll scheduled for work?
Overall a few lifeguards do an outstanding job: Greg Smith and Levin Martin. We are fortunate they are on staff.
I like the classes that are offered. Also, the gym, when/I take time to use it. There is also a lot to be said about having group support;

Friendly staff always welcome me on arrival. Mike (5am) is great. Greg (pool) is as well. The Y is a wonderful place to exercise with friends. I love the pool art wall and look forward to seeing new additions. Many thanks to the artist.
Quick efficient service
I really like the Silver Sneakers Classes! The instructions are fabulous! They know what our needs are and how far we can go! Especially with the chair yoga class! My husband and I enjoy the machines & the treadmill! It’s a great place to work out! It’s very clean and everyone is very professional! Thank you YMCA! You’re the best!

Clean. Friendly staff, wide range of activities for all of the family. Great sports programs, wonderful child care programs while adults work out. Wonderful pool with even better lifeguards and instructors. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave it's top notch care and services!

I like the warm water therapy pool and the sauna. I wish there were longer hours for this pool. It’s hard to get there before 7 when you work.
How nice the staff is when I come in and when I’m leaving. The instructor for water aerobics weather cold water or the hot water working out in the gym. I feel valued
Instructors really care about individuals. Instructors always explain how to do exercise or pose correctly so individuals do not hurt themselves
