Everybody there is very welcoming. They offer smart start to help you get an exercise program together if you want it. We are seniors and don’t feel out of place. There are group activities in and out of the swimming pools if you want that. They will give you a tour so get moving and give it a try.
Group classes
I feel at home there exercising and seeing friends. Feels especially comfortable for someone my age - 69.

Everything! The facility is clean and well cared for. The staff is wonderful; friendly, professional, and always welcoming. The classes are fun, while being so beneficial to my health. Best of all, I have met so many great people, who I look forward to being with every week. I would recommend the Y to anyone who wants to stay physically active and socially connected as they get older!
