I love the Y for three reasons. I enjoy going to the Y and being with other people exercising, it’s good for me, and it’s free with silver sneakers. So it doesn’t get any better than that!

The lap lane reservations is a PLUS+++++++++++++I am pleased that Greg Smith and others are willing to have the pools open @ 5 AM each day of the week. I am grateful that we have a spacious locker room (sometimes it needs a little attention for the cleanliness and coldness) for the women, I am equally grateful the Y has lap lanes are open on Saturdays & Sundays and Holidays.
I am very impressed with Greg Smith life guard and the other life guard staff.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and welcoming.
People are friendly. Good selection of equipment for exercise.
