Try to create some activities or programs to let people, I mean your clients to know each others because most of them are elderly people and they might be advantageous for them to make a new friend through these activities.
The racquetball court.
It is without a doubt, the most egalitarian organization/place I have ever been associated with.

The Pool
The camaraderie once you get to know someone
Adequate workout equipment and space, a few classes available and nice dressing rooms with showers
Good place to go.

It’s the best Y around! You can’t beat 7 floors of exercise equipment; plus the indoor track, at least 3 full sets of free weights, so many weight and cardio machines. I live in Georgetown, IN. I worked in downtown Louisville and belonged to downtown Y for years. After I retired a few years ago, I still make the drive to downtown Y at least 3 days a week, even though New Albany Y is much closer.
