24 hour availability, cleanliness are the best. I cannot get any exercise at home. Y at work Has made a tremendous difference in my health and happiness

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I live in Old Louisville. So, for me, the facility is convenient. And the staff is extremely friendly.

The way I exercise changes. I get bored with doing the same thing. The facility is very well-equipped so I have a wide variety of choices with which to get both my cardio and my strength training.

I really enjoyed the YMCA the staff is very friendly and helpful I enjoy lifting the weights and watching my friend exercise in the pool even the lifeguard is very nice it’s a very nice place to relax and exercise and Very clean place

Everyone is really friendly, from the staff to the members. It's big and easy to spread out, making it easier to social distance. I've already recommended the Y to everyone I know!
