I looooooove the Downtown Y!!!! Friendly staff who recognize you and chat. Great teachers and classes. The only thing I miss are the towels....

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The staff is nice and friendly, all the facilities are sparkling clean, and it has all the equipment & amenities I love. The best part of the Y is that (unlike every other gym I've tried in the last 6 years) it is QUIET. I hate being blasted with someone else's choice of music at someone else's choice of volume! The Y is sensory-friendly.

I enjoy the Cybex circuit so much. It helps me build strength. The classes I attend are great too.
