I like the multiple levels that provide a variety of workout options. The steam and sauna are the best way to closeout a good workout.
This is a great place to workout! They have plenty of nice equipment to use, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The best part is scheduling a swimming lane. It endures that you have a lane and it helps with commitment. If I have reserved a lane I am more likely to show up then to just blow it off-makes you accountable. I heard lane reserve was going away. Will see. All in all great clean facility and very friendly and helpful staff. Name removed

The staff! Downtown YMCA has the absolute very best staff. Every single person is very knowledgeable about their services and equipment. They are kind and patient. I am always blown away by each and every one of them. Best in the city!

Location is convenient with work, equipment is in great condition, private showers, excellent staff and great classes. Helping me to get back in shape and achieve my fitness goals.
The convenience of being at work and the time schedule. Showers, lockers and towels are an amazing plus.
The indoor track and the steam room are my favorite amenities at the downtown Y. I wish they’d bring back the towel service though, especially with membership prices going up.
