The equipment is convenient
I love the ergonomic grip cable attachments that were recently added! I've been coming to the downtown Y for years because I like the variety between floors and everyone is very kind. It's nice to see the improvements made each year to the equipment offerings.
Close to home and offers variety of classes
The availability of trainers and equipment. One of the most important things is the friendliness. I felt from all the staff members. It's a great place.
The racquetball courts first, the many different areas to work out in, the variety of classes, the pool, and the sauna. And people who work there seem very capable, and are always pleasant, excluding one, but that’s a different story.
