Good variety of classes and friendly staff. My friend and I were visiting the downtown location for the first time and the young woman who took us on a tour was terrific.
The yoga and pilates classes has been excellent and I like that there is a steam room and sauna in the locker room facilities. I do wish there was a towel service available because I forget to bring mine sometimes.
If I Get There, Early, Enough, I Can Avoid Some Stress, & Care For MySelf. Thank You.

Very close to the residential area.
Lot of physical health related things people can do.
Lot of good equipment.
Open for many hours is comfortable to people to come for exercise and swimming, Sona and Steam , are very much health related things to do at one place.
YMCA STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.
BEST PLACE TO BE BERY HEALTHY.

Awesome equipment. Very nice staff. In general all the members are very chill. 11/10 would recommend.
My y at work is very convenient!
