Love the Walk 15 class with Lisa! It is a social group as much as an exercise group. Lots of options for cardio & weights. Everyone is helpful & friendly.

Great facility and staff
There is so much that I like about the Y! Number one, exercise keeps healthy. Two, oh how friendly the staff are, and they make me feel t special. Three, there is always many types of exercise I am a led to do their! Four it keeps me young at 86!
Great Location and the amount of strength training equipment available is better than most other gyms. Squat racks, deadlift platforms, bench presses, and machines are plentiful enough where there is infrequently a need to wait
Early morning classes
The women's locker room is very clean and well equipped. The pool is fresh and clean each time I use it and has attentive lifeguards. The staff is nice. There are many exercise options throughout the building. It is convenient to my work location and the parking costs one dollar only.
