What do you like best about the YMCA?

The pool, steam room and sauna. I do enjoy classes and weights and other exercises but I mainly use the pool!

Convenience of having it on site so that I can reset in the middle of my day at lunch. Also, its a chance to connect with others to build relationships.

Just coming out of PT for a knee replacement - it's nice to have some machines that i can use.

I am a member of GEA YMCA at work. I love the convenience and the exercise classes. I have been able to do yoga at work. How cool is that?

Having a 10 month old and a 3 year old means the only time I can workout is during my lunch break and I am grateful to have an onsite facility to do so at.
