Prompt service and friendly staff
The invoice stated that the interior was vacuumed but it was not. It also stated that 35 psi was put in all 4 tires but the recommended pressure on the door is 32. It further said to return in 50-100 miles to retorque the lugs but this was never told to me. I wouldn’t know if I hadn’t read the small print. Service is more expensive and I’m getting less for it

professional, courteous, I would like to see a list of the services received during a visit. The list has acronyms like fos, abs, etc. and I don't know what they mean. The staffer was nice enough to explain and write out the meaning of each acronym, but there should be a cheat sheet that can be handed out to the customer to alleviate any questions. Otherwise, a good visit. Got through quickly.

The service I received.
I was there getting the oil changed a couple of evening ago when you were very busy. All your folks were very helpful. I'll be back sometime today to finish the job. The place down the street from you does the work while you sit in the vehicle. they check all fluid levels and provide top-offs as part of the service. The service rep said they changed the oil, and inside car filter and took care of the air in the tires. I didn't need a rotation/tires. I will be back today, because the light that was on in my dashboard indicating the need for tire pressure adjustment when I drove in for service, is still on today. Also, my windshield fluid was still empty after I left. So today, I'll ask you to check the air and levels of other fluids. You were very busy when I had my car serviced, but to say all is well and we checked the tires when the light shows my car needs air in the tires after I left you place, leads me to question your services.
